Alphatek Building Materials Trading LLC supplies and fabricates stainless steel recessed manhole covers and frames in SS 304 and marine-grade SS 316L. Our covers are designed to take the surrounding floor finish – tiles, marble, stone or screed – so the access point blends seamlessly into lobbies, podiums, kitchens, wet areas and landscaped decks.

Every cover is made with a double seal (5 × 5 mm square rod) between tray and frame to keep out water, dust and odours, with key lifters for easy access and an optional GRP provision. As specialists in customised stainless steel fabrication, we also manufacture non-standard sizes, double-opening covers and matching channel gratings to your drawings and site requirements.

What grades of stainless steel do you use for manhole covers?

Covers are made in SS 316L (marine grade) as standard and SS 304 on request. SS 316L is recommended for coastal, wet, chemical and external areas in the UAE.

What sizes are available?

Standard sizes are 600 × 600 mm and 900 × 900 mm clear opening. We also make 300, 450, 750 mm and rectangular or double-opening covers to order.

Can the cover take tiles or marble?

Yes. These are recessed covers – the tray is filled with the same tiles, marble, stone or screed as the surrounding floor so the cover is almost invisible.

Are the covers sealed against odour and water?

Yes. A 5 × 5 mm square-rod double seal between the tray and frame keeps out water, dust and odours.

Do you supply drawings for approval?

Yes. We provide shop drawings and technical submittals for consultant approval before fabrication.
