This policy explains how Alphatek Building Materials Trading LLC (“Alphatek”, “we”) handles personal information collected through alphatek.ae.

When you send an enquiry through our Request a Quote or contact forms, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number and message, together with the page you sent it from. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you share with us.

Like most websites, our hosting server records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited) to keep the site secure and working properly.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, supply and deliver products, and keep records required for accounting and tax purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We share information only where needed to serve you – for example with delivery partners or suppliers for your order – or where required by UAE law. Our website and email are hosted by our hosting provider, who processes data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business. Records linked to quotations, orders and invoices are kept for the period required by UAE accounting and tax rules.

The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work (for example page caching and security). We do not use advertising cookies.
