Material AISI 316 (304 optional). Finish matte (standard) or mirror. Odour trap optional. Push-fit outlet.

Where to place a linear drain

  • Against the wall: the most common choice. The floor falls in one direction, so large tiles can be used with fewer cuts.
  • Across the shower entrance: keeps water inside the shower area in walk-in and level-access showers.
  • In the middle of the floor: for wet rooms, with the floor falling from both sides.

Choosing the length

Choose the length closest to the width of the shower area: 300, 450, 600, 900 or 1200 mm. For a wall-to-wall look, choose the nearest length and finish the gap with the tiles.

Why it suits low build-ups

The channel is 25 mm high and the outlet height is 40 mm, with a 50 mm push-fit outlet. That helps where the floor build-up is limited, for example in refurbishments and apartments.

Installation notes

  1. Set the channel at the right level and connect the outlet.
  2. Seal the waterproofing membrane to the channel.
  3. Form a single fall towards the drain.
  4. Bond the tile into the insert so it lines up with the floor tiles.
  5. Fill the trap (if fitted) with water before handover.
