1. What will the tank hold?
Give the chemical name and its concentration. The resin and the inner layer are chosen to suit it.
2. Temperature
Hot liquids, or tanks standing in direct UAE sun, change what the tank must handle.
3. Volume and space
State the capacity you need and the length, width and height available on site. GRP tanks can be made to fit awkward plant rooms.
4. Access and fittings
List the inlets, outlets, vents and manholes, plus ladders and covers for inspection.
5. Indoors or outdoors
Outdoor tanks need a UV-resistant outer finish.
Water tank or chemical tank?
