Not every chamber matches a catalogue size. Alphatek fabricates custom manhole and access covers to the clear opening of each chamber – in stainless steel (SS 304 / 316L), aluminium and GRP – for hotels, towers, malls, podiums, plant rooms and infrastructure projects in Dubai and across the UAE. Every custom cover is drawn first, so you can check the dimensions and get consultant approval before production.

How do I measure for a custom cover?
Measure the clear opening of the chamber (inside the frame or concrete) and the depth available for the frame and floor finish. Photos help.
Can you match an existing cover that is damaged?
Yes. Send the frame size and photos and we will make a replacement to fit.
Can recessed covers take vehicle loads?
Heavy-duty recessed covers are available. Tell us if vehicles will cross the cover.
Do you supply covers outside Dubai?
Yes – across the UAE and to GCC projects on request.
