Clear blockages without breaking the floor

A floor cleanout gives access to the drain line, so blockages can be cleared without breaking the floor. Choose a screw-down stainless steel cover for kitchens and wet areas, or a recessed tile-in cover that takes the floor finish. Nickel bronze and cast iron cleanouts are also available.

Frequently asked questions

Where are floor cleanouts needed?
At points along the drain line where access may be needed to clear blockages, such as kitchens, basements and long pipe runs.
Screw-down or tile-in cover?
Screw-down for kitchens and service areas; tile-in where the cleanout should blend into the floor.
Do you have heavy-duty cleanouts?
Yes, cast iron cleanouts in heavy-duty versions for service areas. See Floor Cleanouts.
Why fit cleanouts in a kitchen?
